Before I found super slow I spent my exercise time exclusively on the elliptical or walking.
My doctor encouraged me to do strength training. When I tried to do strength training by myself I would give up as soon as it got difficult. However working with Dylan helps me stay on task, do it correctly and as completely as I am able to do that particular day. I look forward to going and I feel good about myself after I spent time there. I have the knowledge that I am doing as much as possible to increase my muscle strength.
