A Good Workout in just 20 Minutes?
I was so filled with doubt when I began the SuperSlow program in 2008. How could I get a good workout in only 20 minutes? However, I was also desperate to try anything to feel better. Wow! Was I ever surprised. Now, two months later it has made such a tremendous difference. I walk faster and further, climb stairs with ease, and jump up from the floor after playing with my grandson.
