I have been doing High Intensity Training (HIT) for 20 years. I tried it only after having tried just about every method of training. At first, I was rather skeptical of training for a relatively short amount of time (3 days a week for 20 minutes), especially coming from the general school of thought that says you need at least 4-5 days a week for an hour each time. But unless you plan on taking steroids, you will find training that much will not work out well.
Once I noticed the results, not only of myself but others training using the SuperSlow Zone® protocol, I knew I had found the proper approach for me. Finally, more scientific research is coming out showing just how effective SuperSlow Zone® exercise is. An important aspect to this exercise training is having the right equipment, and often this is not easy to find. (Most of the equipment at places like 24 Hour Fitness is inferior and usually not maintained well.)
At SuperSlow Zone® has invested a lot of money in having the necessary equipment, which is crucial to reap the greatest benefits from the protocol. When it comes to pricing, this facility is the best deal I have ever come across in my 20 years; most places with high-end equipment and training charge double or more! I encourage you to try it out SuperSlow Zone®; you won’t be disappointed.
