Rob graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 2008. Having been a bit of a health nut in college, Rob felt discouraged by his torn rotator cuff and numerous ankle injuries, which made it difficult for him to work out. Upon discovering SuperSlow Zone, he worked hard to rehab his injuries and persevere through his fitness goals. The SuperSlow protocol was not only the safest method, but it also proved to be the most effective form of exercise Rob had ever done. After about a year as a client, Rob was presented with an opportunity to study and work as a SuperSlow trainer. With his passion for health and fitness renewed, he began tenaciously training a multitude of clients. Regardless of age, sex, ability or experience, Rob has the knowledge, drive, and patience to successfully work with his clients on their individual fitness plans. Rob says that seeing his clients make progress and achieve their goals is one of the most fulfilling parts of being a trainer.
