An international executive retiring after 35 years, he understands the challenges of maintaining fitness across unrelenting travel, meeting, and life schedules. Ken is a sports and fitness buff. He has played competitive sports and trained most of his life. Once he learned about the SuperSlow Zone training method, he was hooked. It was hard to believe that so much could be achieved in so little time. Ken is also an enthusiastic tennis player and fan.
