Sheryl has been committed to sports and fitness her whole life. In college, she played basketball and ran track for Texas A-M University. In her home state of Illinois, many of her state high school track records still stand. She believes that health and fitness are defined by choices that we make and these have a significant impact on our quality of life. Strength training is a critical element in obtaining that healthy lifestyle and the SuperSlow Zone approach is the most effective way to achieve it. Sheryl is also a competitive tennis player and a devoted tennis fan.
