For Ronda, SuperSlow Zone is a great remedy for this challenge. The sessions are only 20 minutes and you can come in the clothes that you have on for the day. While life can be busy, Ronda emphasizes that we can’t lose sight of the importance of a healthy diet and exercise. When she was younger, she was very active and involved in sports. In her mid-20s, she was a single mom working a full-time job and didn’t make the time to work out. As time passed, her weight increased. After she got married, she decided it was time to take control of her health. She started training and focusing on eating a balanced diet. After the weight began to come off and she began feeling the benefits of regular exercise, she knew she wanted to help others on their fitness journey. Ronda is excited to help clients at SuperSlow Zone become stronger and healthier. She knows nothing comes easy, but with a little work, and support from the SuperSlow Zone staff, everyone can meet their fitness goals. It only takes 20 minutes, twice a week.
