You know how vital it is for your health in order for you to live.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In many recent studies we are finding that some of the biggest reasons why people<\/p>\n<p>don\u2019t like to exercise or struggle in general to exercise is: <em>time, putting a large focus <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>on appearance and even biochemical makeups of one\u2019s brain and muscle. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/news.usc.edu\/154932\/hate-exercise-it-could-be-genetic\/\">https:\/\/news.usc.edu\/154932\/hate-exercise-it-could-be-genetic\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A study published in the <strong>Journal of Health Psychology<\/strong> states that <em>\u201cappearance-<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>focused or body-shaming marketing tactics are actually a large part of the problem.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Results showed<\/em> <em>that<\/em> <strong>the stronger the stigma was about \u201cweight\u201d the more <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>people dreaded exercise \u2013 resulting in <u>less actually working out. <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theactivetimes.com\/fitness\/why-hate-working-out-science\" class=\"broken_link\">https:\/\/www.theactivetimes.com\/fitness\/why-hate-working-out-science<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Typical Barriers to Exercise<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><em> <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-icons-png.flaticon.com\/512\/236\/236867.png\" alt=\"Barrier - Free construction and tools icons\" width=\"211\" height=\"211\" \/><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For instance, you may find a small open window of time within your busy schedule but saying to yourself some of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I just don&#8217;t have <em>enough<\/em><\/li>\n<li>I feel it\u2019s difficult to simply start.<\/li>\n<li>I might feel intimidated \u2013 I haven\u2019t exercised in a while.<\/li>\n<li>I feel overwhelmed with \u201cno-pain no-gain\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>I hate sweating. You\u2019re worth more than that. You\u2019re worth feeling accomplished, empowered, strong, and proud of yourself.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In fact, according to <em>Dr. Michael Fredericson, a sports-medicine physician at the <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Stanford University Medical Center<\/em>, <strong>sweat isn\u2019t even an indicator of calorie <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>burning. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>The amount you sweat is very individual<strong>.
