Life can be very hectic. We live in a culture of convenience from our food to our phones. People struggle to find time for all their obligations, much less make time for their health. For Ronda, SuperSlow Zone is a great remedy for this challenge. Since the sessions are only 20 minutes, you can come in with the clothes you have on for the day. While life can be busy, Ronda emphasizes that we can’t lose sight of the importance of a healthy diet and exercise. When she was younger, she was very active and involved in sports. In her mid-20s, she was a single mom working a full-time job and didn’t make the time to work out. As time passed, her weight increased. After she got married, she decided it was time to take back control of her health. She started training and focusing on eating a balanced diet. After the weight began to come off and she started feeling the benefits of regular exercise, she knew she wanted to help others on their fitness journey. Ronda is excited to help clients at SuperSlow Zone become stronger and healthier. She knows nothing comes easy, but with a little work, and support from the SuperSlow Zone staff, everyone can meet their fitness goals and learn to exercise their muscles more effectively. It only takes 20 minutes, twice a week.

In his teens, John enjoys activities such as weightlifting and bicycling. He participated in the MS150 bike ride from Houston to Austin and joined various other bike competitions. In his late forties, John was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a form of rheumatoid arthritis that primarily affects the spinal region. Following an examination, his rheumatologist told him his muscles were in atrophy and suggested he start a strength training program immediately. This is when John discovered SuperSlow Zone. As a regular client for over a year now, John has noticed a considerable improvement in his joint pain, flexibility, and overall muscle tone. All of these positive changes in his body have motivated him to become a part of the SuperSlow Zone team and he is very excited to help others change their lives as well. All in only 20 minutes, twice a week!
