7 Years Later – In Shape and Fit To Play …And With Kids, Grandkids!
I have been working out regularly at SuperSlow Zone® since July 2005. Before that, I had been going to a local gym, which was okay, but after some time it became very boring. And I began making excuses and stopped going. As a woman in my early fifties, I was very aware of the extreme importance of keeping my body in shape … and I’m not even referring to the way it looked! I wanted my bones and muscles to stay in the best shape they could, so that I could continue to go biking, skiing, play tennis, and do other fun activities with my children and grandchildren instead of the possibility of discussing bone fractures, medications and going to physical therapists and doctor appointments.
I knew I needed the added push of having an individual Instructor, an appointment, and a workout that was not going to take more than 30 minutes per session . Signing up for SuperSlow Zone® was one of those, “okay, let’s try it for awhile and see what happens” situation.
Well, its almost seven years after I began and I’m not bored or making excuses. I have been extremely pleased with the physical results of how my body feels, functions, and looked due to my time spent working out at SuperSlow Zone® . Try it for awhile and see what happens! Kevin and his staff of Instructors are professional…are wonderful! An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure .
