Kurt grew up in Austin, Texas where he attended the University of Texas earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Kurt has worked for the last 20 years as an Environmental Engineer, working for the state, consultants and major corporations. Kurt has always pursued a healthy lifestyle and is an avid waterskier.
Buddy Retired from active duty as an Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, 1991. Involved in fitness industry since 1992. Served in various capacities with what has evolved over the years from Racquetball & Fitness Clubs of San Antonio, to Spectrum Athletic Clubs, to Gold’s Gym; started as personal trainer, then fitness staff director, membership coordinator and general manager, encompassing years 1995-2002, then left the organization in favor of private personal training. Past and present certifications include American Council on Exercise, International Sports Science Association, Nautilus Sports/Medical Industries, and Cooper institute (Advanced Fitness Specialist). Joined SuperSlow Zone in early 2009 and is a SuperSlow Zone Level III Instructor.
