As Marketing Manager of Borland International, they grew to $10 million in gross revenues company within 10 months. Madeline is an author in the book Shift Happens!, which was a best seller in the direct marketing, entrepreneurship, and communications categories. It has been featured in USA Today, News Week, and the Wall Street Journal. As a member of Toastmasters International, she competes weekly, and also at the district level, in public speaking. As a board trustee member of Florida Executive Woman, they support women’s education and success. Her community service includes Harbor House of Central Florida, Women and Girls Cancer Alliance, and Shepard’s Hope.
