What Is SuperSlow Zone®?
SuperSlow Zone® is a high intensity, low-force exercise strengthening protocol (method) providing clients maximum results in minimum time:
20 minute total-body workout, 1 to 2 times a week
Expert-supervised work outs, by appointment only
State-of-the-art strength training equipment
Climate controlled and noise and distraction-free ideal, clinically-controlled exercise environment
One client + one Accredited, Certified SuperSlow Zone® Instructor focused on client’s results
Exercise in what you have on for the day; changing into exercise clothes is optional
